We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day free returns policy on all unused products.
Free Returns – 30 Days
- You may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
- Returns are free of charge – we'll provide a prepaid returns label
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order
- Please have your order number ready – this is required to process your return
- We'll send you a free returns label and instructions on how to package and send your item back
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
Conditions
- Returned items must be unused and undamaged
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a portion of the refund if items show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in original packaging
- We do not accept returns after the 30-day period has passed
Exclusions
- This policy applies only to orders delivered within the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands)
- Custom or personalised items (if applicable) are non-returnable unless faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
