Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day free returns policy on all unused products.

Free Returns – 30 Days

You may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns are free of charge – we’ll provide a prepaid returns label. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready – this is required to process your return. We’ll send you a free returns label and instructions on how to package and send your item back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Conditions

Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a portion of the refund if items show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns after the 30-day period has passed.

Exclusions

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). Custom or personalised items (if applicable) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
