To cancel, use our model form or contact us with a clear statement. You must return items within 14 days of cancellation and are responsible for return costs unless we agree otherwise.

Exclusions: Bespoke or personalised goods, sealed items not suitable for return due to health protection/hygiene if unsealed, and other statutory exclusions.
