These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from The Dart Store Ltd. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
- Placing products in your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy.
- The contract is formed when we email you an order acceptance/dispatch confirmation. We may cancel prior to dispatch if an error occurs (e.g., pricing, stock, suspicion of fraud).
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT as stated. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- We use secure third‑party payment processors; your card details are not stored by us.
- We may reject or cancel orders where pricing errors are obvious and unmistakable.
6. Delivery
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout; they are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.
- We deliver to the UK Mainland addresses only subject to carrier restrictions.
7. Consumer Cancellations (UK)
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, use our model form or contact us with a clear statement. You must return items within 14 days of cancellation and are responsible for return costs unless we agree otherwise.
Exclusions: Bespoke or personalised goods, sealed items not suitable for return due to health protection/hygiene if unsealed, and other statutory exclusions.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Products must be returned in reasonable condition with original packaging where possible.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of posting.
- If items are faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions are subject to individual terms. We may withdraw or amend offers at any time. Gift cards and discount codes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and may have expiry dates.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including introducing malware, scraping without permission, or attempting unauthorised access.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and logos on the site are owned by or licensed to The Dart Store Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
12. Warranty & Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for: (i) loss of profits or revenue; (ii) loss of data; (iii) indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability for any loss arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transport interruptions). We will use reasonable efforts to minimise the effects.

Our site may link to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
15. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can resolve your issue. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers residing elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
